Al Aqmar Zaranwala

I’m 13 years old and currently attend George H. Moody Middle School. This is my second year participating in VEX Robotics. Last year, I qualified for the state championship and earned second place in the Teamwork Challenge with Team 70484J. I have a strong passion for technology and robotics, and I’m also an active member of TSA, where I qualified for nationals in both Junior Solar Sprint (JSS) and Mechanical Engineering. In addition to STEM, I enjoy participating in Model United Nations.

I am 13 years old and am attending George H. Moody Middle School. This is my third year in Vex IQ, and I have qualified for the states competition two seasons in a row. I also won a first place trophy award at the Deep Creek tournament to qualify for states last season with the team 70484E. Prior to my first year of vex, I participated in FLL and was an alternate for states. I love STEM related activities such as VJAS, Python, TSA, and many STEM summer camps such as AI and Machine Learning Camp. Alongside these, I have also done Model UN and debate.

Currently, I am thirteen years old and I am attending George H. Moody Middle School along with my peers. This is my first year in Vex IQ, and I am extremely excited to start robotics as it is something my brother did and I’ve always found it interesting.
